What they lacked in knowledge, they made up for in imagination and experimentation.  Wartime was not easy for anyone, but when Tommy returned from France some months after D-Day, he was to find that Mary was even more eager than ever for almost every sexual activity the two of them could imagine.  What he did not know, was that Mary and her friend had a very different agenda, and that he was to be an important part of their unconventional relationship.

Sex is always on a soldier’s mind, or, at least, it was on Tommy’s for much of the time he was away.  What he never fully realised until he returned, was that sex was also on the minds of those he left behind.  His over-sexed, slightly kinky fiancée was hardly likely to have spent those seven months going without it, and yet she was equally unlikely to have considered going with another man.  The other girl he knew so well and desired almost as much as he desired his fiancée had been living with her.  Surely, he thought, they had not been…?
